ALL GRAPHIC AND PRINT JOBS REQUIRE A100% ADVANCED PAYMENT DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON PLACING AN ORDER. IT IS THE POLICY OF LMG THAT SUCH ADVANCED PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. LMG DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT COLOR (INCLUDING DARKNESS OR BRIGHTNESS) AND CUTS ON JOBS DUE TO OUR GANG RUN PRINTING PROCESS. BY SENDING SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES OR FILES TO LMG CLIENT REPRESENTS THAT CLIENT IS THE SOLE AUTHOR OF THE WORK AND POSSESSES ALL RIGHTS TO USE SUCH SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES OR FILES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXCLUSIVE LICENSES.
LMG is NOT liable for any orders you give over the phone that were processed wrong due to lack of instructions in your email as you upload files to us.
Client agrees that it shall not hold LMG or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from LMG's failure to perform any aspect of the Project in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of LMG or a third party. Furthermore, LMG disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use.
